HP IQ500 som media center

 have been waiting for a PC-solution with touch screen for use as intergrated media center / kitchen TV / Family calender etc.
Finaly I see that HP has made the (in my oppinion perfect solution) the HP touchsmart IQ500,, BUT....

it uses Vista 64 bit, and I have heard that it creates a lot of problems with older programs.

It is important to me that some of the software that I allready uses will work with Vista 64 bit.

I have MS office 2007, including Outlook 2007 which are very important. I heard that they will probaly work, but very slow... Is that true?

Other programs are: Norton 360, Adobe Master collection CS3, Ulead videostudio 11. Will these work with Vista 64 bit?
