The Main Difference between the Panasonic

OK firstly, when I see the TV's side by side, both playing a HD DVD and pausing them, I cannot see any difference in the pictue quality, although I know that the Panasonic TH 42 PZ 700 E must be the better of the two TV's?

Also, I read that the Panasonic TH 42 PZ 700 E has many more colours, so again, it should be more accurate and a better picture, but again, I can't see any difference, so what are the main differences and is it worth spending the extra money to buy the Panasonic TH 42 PZ 700 E over the Panasonic TH 42 PX 700?

Secondly, if I buy the Panasonic TH 42 PZ 700 E from Sweden or Germany, is the Warranty still covered in Denmark, if I have the World Wide Warranty or the Pan Europe Warranty?

Thirdly, which is the best, (or cheapest) shop or online shop in Germany or Sweden?
(if there is one in Malmö maybe I can drive over)?
